Only if you pull the arrow on a bow back, will it be able to fly forward and hit its target.
For ten years of my life, I was tucked safely in my bed, with a comfortable blanket over me called the comfort zone. I had no dreams or goals in life. I wasn’t stretching. I did the same thing over and over every day, the same tasks with no plans for my personal growth.
When you stop growing and stretching, everything around you will stop growing with you as well. Nothing will improve and that is the harsh truth.
You salary won’t grow, your happiness won’t grow, your house won’t grow, you will be stuck in the same place.
The quality of my life didn’t improve, and my body was in the same shape, with my health as well.
Nothing changed because I didn’t change.
One day I suddenly took a decision to take up a 30-day challenge in different areas of my life.
Some stuck with me while some didn’t. I can assure you that these 30-challenges helped me develop new habits, and have literally changed my whole life just doing these things.
